I have RV851WV – it goes to dock and shows charging then does this little singing “do do do do do do, da da da da da da da” (6 high pitched, 5 lower then 2 higher) it’s like a little song. But I have no idea why it won’t stop. It does this over and over again. On my app it shows it is charging then “pauses” for a second which seems to trigger this song. I can’t find any information on this anywhere in the manual or YouTube reviews. Please help
Model RV851WV
The robot was slightly off the charger this morning. Not realizing, I pressed clean button and it did not start. I assumed due to needing to be charged. I hit dock and it went to position. My app says the battery is at 80% but the robot is disconnected. The robot now has no lights on. I toggled the power button and nothing. I tried to re-pair the robot with the app but still no response from the robot and no lights. The charging station is plugged in with light on. The handheld vacuum works fine. I am assuming it may be the battery?? Can I troubleshoot further before spending $60 that I really don’t have at this time?
