The brush is not spinning on my RV2001 robot vacuum. (As it was moving, I was able to stick my hand under it and verify). Therefore, the pet hair is just accumulating on the bottom and being drug around. Once it gets the carpet, a huge pile of hair is left. The bin stays fairly empty. Is there a way to fix this?
