  1. My snowblower will not start. I just receive a loud buzz with an electric start, and the pull cord will not budge. This all started after I got the snowblower started out of the box and was getting to know it when it stalled. I now cannot find a video online that diagnosed the problem as a problem with the carburetor. I purchased a tool to pop off the choke button based on the video, and started the process of removing parts. Life, however, got in the way, and now I am stuck. I am fairly handy, but I like a video security blanket. Can you help?
