  1. My J9+ combo has NEVER mopped. I have contacted Roomba, and they have told me to restart system which I did I think? I don’t have time to babysit this very expensive MOP. The vacuum is great! The mopping pad will lift approx 1/25 ” and them just return to the home position. It acts as though it were hung up on something? I can’t find anything hanging up on it. I am really fed up with it! NOT happy at all
