If you are having problems with your Greenworks 2600402 Snow Blower, you are not alone. Many Greenworks 2600402 owners experience issues with their snow blower from time to time, and it can be frustrating to deal with these problems.
Make sure the bolts are correctly installed through the handlebars. Check to see if the hand knobs are tight. Refer to Assembling the Handle section in this manual
The Greenworks 2600402 doesn’t start.
Cause
Solution
The battery is not charged.
Charge the battery by following the procedures in the battery and charger manual
The switch is defective
Have the switch replaced by an authorized service center
The battery is too cold
Remove the battery from the snow thrower. Place the battery on the charger and allow it to charge for 10 minutes. Remove from the charger and install in Greenworks 2600402 for use.
The battery is not attached to the motor.
Check the connection between the motor connector and the battery.
The battery may require service or replacement.

The Greenworks 2600402 motor is on, but the impeller does not turn.

Brand new and keeps shutting off. Go for a few feet and it dies, takes a few tries to start. Then goes a few more feet. Tried recharging battery, says fully charged. Has happened all three times we have tried to use. Please help.
Chute won’t rotate after installing handle!

Just bought & the lights come on but the impeller does not spin or turn on when pushing the safety bottom & pulling back the bail bar?
I have also tried to replace the mother board but does the same thing.
Any thoughts?
