Hi, My Eufy G30 Verge is not picking up anything. I just changed the roller and filter, so I know that isn’t the issue. Also it is making a grumbling noise (which prompted me to replace the roller).
My Eugy Robo G30 is still saying wheel
Suspended after moving to different area .
What should I do now?
After months of me bragging on this “find” that performs better than a rumba, my eufy refuses to connect with my internet and, when manually started, does an inferior job leaving grit and debris in swaths. I am offered a “eufy network” noted as “not secure” . No way.
We set up the robot, charged it and still keep getting the S1 response. I’ve charged the unit over night but it still gives the S1. We made sure the battery was plugged in and pushed the factory reset button. S1 is all we get. Also, It will not connect with my internet connection.
