Turns on with blue round light. goes 6ft, stops , goes in reverse 4 inches stops. Red round light comes on controller. Can not locate reset button as per all instructions. Unit is 2 yrs old
Though I’ve freed the servos and cleaned the impeller , my unit only runs for 30 sec before stopping
I’ve cleaned the impeller and washed and rinsed the basket filters. it runs for a couple feet. then backs up 1 foot and stops. I tried running with out the basket and filters to insure it’s not clogged filters. Same thing. Stops after startup sequence. Is the vacuum not good anymore? What is causing startup failure?
