I have problems with my Dolphin S150

What to do if your Dolphin S150 is not working?

If your Dolphin S150 pool cleaner is not working, begin by checking for voltage in the power socket in the wall. Confirm that the power supply is plugged in and switched ON, and that the power cable is securely connected into the power supply inlet. If these actions don’t resolve the issue, turn the power supply off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Should the Dolphin S150 pool cleaner not move, or if it’s moving in circles, ensure that the floating cable is securely connected into the power supply. Unplug the power supply, open the impeller cover, and check for any debris trapped in the impeller or obstructing the tracks or wheels. Clean the filter basket and remove any debris from the impeller house or cover. Also, position the power supply to allow the pool cleaner to freely reach all areas of the pool, and check that there is enough slack in the floating cable.

Following these troubleshooting steps should help resolve most issues with the Dolphin S150 pool cleaner. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.

  1. When my S150 Dolphin gets to the steps to clean it turns off. This happens when the unit is partially out of the water. Does that mean there is not enough water in the pool to cover the sensor part of the dolphin. My pool is fitted with a Auto drain system.
