  • Check the Power Source: Ensure that the power socket is functioning and has voltage. If necessary, try plugging the power supply into a different outlet.

  • Reset the System: Turn off the power supply, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on to reset any potential issues.

What can I do if my Dolphin Proteus DX3 Pool Cleaner does not move?

If your Dolphin Proteus DX3 is not moving, consider these troubleshooting steps:

  • Inspect the Floating Cable: Ensure that the floating cable is securely connected to the power supply. A loose connection can hinder movement.

  • Verify Power Supply Functionality: Make sure the power supply is operational and turned ON.

How can I resolve the issue of my Dolphin Proteus DX3 Pool Cleaner moving in circles?

If your Dolphin Proteus DX3 is moving in circles, try the following:

  • Position the Power Supply Correctly: Ensure that the power supply is placed in a location that allows the cleaner to access all areas of the pool.

If your Dolphin Proteus DX3 is struggling to climb the walls, consider these troubleshooting tips:

  • Check the Filter Basket: A clogged filter basket can affect the cleaner’s ability to climb. Clean the filter basket to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect Water Conditions: Ensure that the pool water is balanced and free of algae, as improper chemical levels can make walls slippery.
  • Remove Debris: Check the impeller-house and impeller-cover for any debris that may be stuck. Clear any blockages to improve wall climbing ability.

What should I do if my Dolphin Proteus DX3 starts and then stops?

If your Dolphin Proteus DX3 starts operating but then stops unexpectedly, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Inspect for Overheating: The cleaner may have an automatic shut-off feature if it overheats. Allow it to cool down for a while before attempting to restart.
