What to do if your Dolphin Proteus Dx3 is not working?

If your Dolphin Proteus Dx3 pool cleaner is not working, start by ensuring there is voltage in the power socket in the wall. Check that the power supply is plugged in and turned ON, and confirm that the black power cable is securely connected into the power supply inlet. If these steps do not resolve the issue, turn the power supply OFF, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back ON.

Should the Dolphin Proteus Dx3 pool cleaner not move or if it’s moving in circles, make sure that the floating cable is securely connected to the power supply. Unplug the power supply, open the impeller cover, and check that nothing is trapped in the impeller or blocking the tracks or wheels. Clean the filter basket/canister and remove any debris from the impeller house or cover. Additionally, position the power supply correctly to allow the cleaner to reach all areas of the pool and ensure that the floating cable has enough slack.

Following these troubleshooting steps should help resolve most issues with the Dolphin Proteus Dx3 pool cleaner. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
