I have problems with my Dolphin Liberty 300

What to do if your Dolphin Liberty 300 is not working?

If your Dolphin Liberty 300 pool cleaner is not charging, begin by observing the Battery LEDs pattern. If the robot feels hot to the touch, charge it in a shaded location or when the temperature is low, such as overnight or indoors. If the robot feels cold to the touch, try charging it in a warmer location. If the Power Unit does not show any LEDs at all, try connecting the charger to a different power outlet and make sure that the charger LED is on.

Should the Dolphin Liberty 300 still have issues charging, such as the Power Button LED turning red or the charging process stopping with the LED blinking red, ensure that the charger is connected properly and that no object is blocking the connection between the charger and the Power Unit. If the charging progress is stuck with one of the battery LEDs blinking without switching to steady light after a long period, check that the charger LED turns on, the charger is connected properly, and charge overnight in a cooler location.

Following these troubleshooting steps should help resolve most issues with the Dolphin Liberty 300 pool cleaner. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
