If you are having problems with your Dolphin Advantage Pool Cleaner, you are not alone. Many Dolphin Advantage owners experience issues with their pool cleaner from time to time, and it can be frustrating to deal with these problems.

I have problems with my Dolphin Advantage

What to do if your Dolphin Advantage is not working?

If your Dolphin Advantage pool cleaner is not working, start by checking that there is voltage in the power socket in the wall. Ensure that the power supply is plugged in and turned ON, and that the power cable is securely connected into the power supply inlet. If these checks do not resolve the issue, turn the power supply off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Should the Dolphin Advantage still not move or if it is moving in circles, ensure that the floating cable is properly connected to the power supply outlet. If the cleaner is in the water but not moving, unplug the power supply and open the impeller cover to remove any debris that may be trapped in the impeller or blocking the tracks or wheels. Additionally, check that the power supply is correctly positioned to allow the pool cleaner to freely reach all areas of the pool and that there is enough slack in the floating cable.

Following these troubleshooting steps should help resolve most issues with the Dolphin Advantage pool cleaner. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
